When can I check in and out?
Check-in is from 2 pm. Check-out is by 12 noon. Reception is available 24 hours; contact us about early arrival or late departure.
Can we book interconnected rooms?
Yes. We have adjoining and interconnected rooms, plus room combinations with a lounge between them. Book the associated rooms together for a private lounge, subject to availability. Reception will confirm the layout and total price.
What are the payment and cancellation terms?
An advance payment secures your booking; reception can also confirm other arrangements directly. For a provisional hold, we may contact you to reconfirm if another booking request comes in. Unconfirmed holds may be released after the deadline we give you. On arrival, you can view your room before making advance payment at check-in. We accept cash, card and bank transfer. Please contact reception if your plans change; any cancellation terms will be confirmed when you book.
